How do I buy a home?

When you're ready to start your home search, you should contact me to get referred to a trusted lender to get pre-approved for a home loan.  If you're already approved for your loan, then you simply contact me with the price range you'd like to stay in, the minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms you'd like your new home to have, and the areas that you'd like to stay in.  I'll send you information on every home, currently listed by every company in town, so you can see everything that is available.  I'll also notify you of new listings and price reductions as they hit the market, so you won't miss out on that perfect home.  I can then set up showings of all the homes that interest you, regardless of who has them listed.  I can even set up showings of For Sale By Owner homes, provided you let me contact them.  I'd love to help you find the home you're looking for, so please feel free to contact me anytime.  All of my services are guaranteed, and as your buyers representative, my services cost you absolutely nothing!  (See the buyer's services page in the links on my website)

Why list with a Top Realtor to sell my home?

Multiple Reasons, but the main reason is that Realtors who market their listings aggressively can give you maximum exposure to the largest number of buyers, thus enhancing your chances of maximizing your equity at closing, even after paying a Realtor's commission.

Why shouldn't I just call all the listing agents myself?

The listing agent typically represents the seller, and it will benefit you to have a buyer's agent looking out for YOUR best interests.  I can show you every home on the market, help you negotiate the best possible deal on your new home, and guide you through the home buying process, inspections, appraisals and closing.  When making a major investment such as a home purchase, it makes sense to have someone working exclusively for YOU.  If you were going to court, would you have your own attorney, or rely on the other party's attorney to protect your interests?  Call me anytime, as I'd love to help you find what you're looking for!
