When you're buying a home, we strive to make sure you get all of the information, on every listing in your price range, listed by every company in town! When we represent you while buying your new home, we strive to find the best possible home for your needs. All of our buyer's services are completely free to our clients, and we represent YOU, with YOUR best interests at heart.
Simply contact me and let me know what type of home you're looking for, the areas you're interested in, and the price range you'd like to stay in, and I will send you informational flyers on every home that fits your search criteria. I will also notify you the moment a new listing hits the market that fits your basic criteria, so you won't miss out on that "Perfect" home.
Once we see homes that might work for you, I'll set up a tour of all the homes that you'd like to see so you can get inside each home and view it first hand. We'll make an offer on the home of your choice, based on your needs and the type of loan you have qualified for. We can ask for the seller to contribute money towards your closing costs at the time of sale, and there are also some great down payment assistance programs that might work for you.
After securing the home of your dreams, we will set up a home inspection by a licensed, bonded & insured Home Inspector and proceed with any requests for the seller to address based on the home inspection.
I will then coordinate everything with your lender, appraiser and your closing agent, so that the purchase of your new home goes as smoothly as possible! I will be available every step of the way for any questions you might have.
Once you finish at the closing table, I will get you the keys to your new home, and provide you with any follow up services you might need, and I promise to be available anytime you have questions or need any assistance, even after the sale! I want to make sure your buying experience is the best possible, and look forward to being your Realtor for Life!
